Northstar:Grow is a genuine Mastermind, live and in-person, combined with executive coaching. Here's what you'll get:

A facilitated, mastermind-style ‘day out’ to reflect on which aspects of your growth strategy are working and which need to change. Come away with a clear, actionable plan for the next three months.

3x per year: Content sprints

Get together with your peers, have a laugh, share some lunch, smash out your content for the next three months. Creating content is so much more fun with friends!

4x per year: One-on-one 30-minute executive coaching session

When: CEO Days and Content Sprints are held on the first Thursday of the month, from 9:30 to 2:30.

Quarterly coaching will be scheduled individually.

Facilitated and mentored by Emily Hilder

Emily has spent 25 years supporting clients to create and grow thriving businesses. Before establishing Human Brands in 2004, Emily held senior strategic roles at some of the world's largest advertising agencies.

Together with her team of designers, writers and marketers, Human Brands helps client-based businesses attract the right clients, make good money and do work that they love.

Emily has worked with more than 600 organisations at every stage of their journey, from local start-ups to household names like Telstra, Wrigley's Gum and Kids’ Helpline.

From a family of writers, artists and Huckleberry Finn engineers, Emily was raised with the idea that anything is possible, and everything is worth doing with passion and focus.

Who is Northstar:Grow for?

Northstar:Grow is for purpose-driven business owners. You have your marketing foundations in place, your business is in growth phase and you are looking to significantly expand your impact over the next 12 months.

My business is just an idea: is this suitable for me?

Northstar:Grow is for established businesses only. We would encourage you to consider Northstar:Create, a 3-month program especially designed to support you to design and launch a brand new business concept: you can read about Northstar:Create here.

I'm already a Human Brands client: is this suitable for me?

Absolutely! Many of our clients choose Northstar:Grow as a great way to really leverage our work together. Northstar:Grow will amplify the work we have done and give you the focus and momentum to use it to maximum impact: creating significant change in your business.

How many places are available?

Our groups are all about deep connection and authentic support. For this reason we keep them to between 6 and 9 members. There will be also opportunities to connect with other groups who are at a different stage of their Northstar journey.

Can you hold a place for me?

I'm sorry but in the interest of fairness, places will be allocated to the first people to book and pay.

What if I don't get a place?

You will be able to join the waiting list for the next round of Northstar:Grow (date TBC).

What day will the CEO Days and Content Sprints be held on?

On the first Thursday of the month.

How about the 1:1 coaching?
Each quarter you will be able to book a slot that suits you, using our online calendar.

Where will the CEO Days and Content Sprints be held?
